What Our Customers Say:
The service is good and quick. They had no diesel cars left, but we could choose from several gasoline cars. The only minus - too many scratches on all doors, roof ...2013-11-26Andrey
It was a little unclear at first after coming through passport control in the arrival hall, but found the rental place very quickly, bus service ok. Service was excellent, very friendly person, taking the time to explain the contract. I knew about the full tank of petrol, which I don't like, but have to accept. Also the insurance was explained. The car hire was very cheap so I wasn't expecting too much, the car had a few marks on it, but was in perfect working order. Tires could do with a renewal soon. The car was clean, radio working,so all in all I was happy.2013-11-26Marijke Phillips

The airport is one of the busiest in the world, and each year around 35 million people pass through the two main terminal buildings on their way into and out of Tokyo. Tokyo Airport Car Hire Advice
Driving in Tokyo itself can be very difficult due to the heavy traffic and lack of English signage on the roads, however away from the city centre when you get out into rural parts of Japan, it is an absolute pleasure to drive in the country with plenty of stunning scenery to enjoy during your visit. It is essential to have an international driving permit in addition to your standard driving license, and this must be arranged in advance of your trip to allow you to drive in the country.
Car Hire At Tokyo Airport
Car hire in Tokyo airport is available in both the terminals. In Terminal 1, the rental desks can be found on the first floor of the central building in the arrivals area just past baggage reclaim. In terminal 2, the rental desks are found on the first floor arrivals area just inside the main hall as you walk towards the exit. The car hire companies at the airport are Nippon, Japarex, ORIX, Nissan, Toyota and Mazda.
Driving Directions to Tokyo Airport
