What Our Customers Say:
The service is good and quick. They had no diesel cars left, but we could choose from several gasoline cars. The only minus - too many scratches on all doors, roof ...2013-11-26Andrey
It was a little unclear at first after coming through passport control in the arrival hall, but found the rental place very quickly, bus service ok. Service was excellent, very friendly person, taking the time to explain the contract. I knew about the full tank of petrol, which I don't like, but have to accept. Also the insurance was explained. The car hire was very cheap so I wasn't expecting too much, the car had a few marks on it, but was in perfect working order. Tires could do with a renewal soon. The car was clean, radio working,so all in all I was happy.2013-11-26Marijke Phillips

A Quick Guide to... Slovenia
Slovenia is a beautiful Balkan country that has a small coastline and borders many interesting countries such as Austria, Hungary and Croatia. Tourism is one of Slovenia?s main sources of income.
Slovenia has much to offer in terms of tourism. It has fascinating landscapes ranging from the rugged mountains of the Alps to the coast of the Mediterranean. The mountains that can be found in Slovenia are particularly popular with both hikers and skiers. There is also much in terms of architecture, with both Baroque and Vienne Secession buildings, particularly in Slovenia?s capital of Ljubljana.
You will also be able to find a truly beautiful landscape in the Slovenian Littoral at Karst Plateau. This landscape was shaped due to the carbonate bedrock being dissolved by water, which in turn formed many caves. Several caves are worth mentioning, including the Postjona cave, which has attracted over 28 million visitors to date; and the Skocjan Caves that are listed with UNESCO.
Many people are not aware that Slovenia also has a very famous wine making region, the Maribor. Lastly, Slovenia is a very popular destination amongst gambling tourists, particularly Perla which has the largest casino in the region. Slovenia has the highest number of casinos per capita in Europe.
If you are thinking of visiting Slovenia, it may be a great idea to hire a car. This would give you the freedom to come and go as you please and to stop at each site you want to see at your own leisure. Of course, hiring a car can be complicated as you need to know what type of car you want, i.e. how many passengers and luggage it can carry and whether or not you want any optional extras such as a baby or child seat and TomTom for example. At www.anyhire.com you can very quickly compare the different car rental companies that are available at just the press of a button. As we only compare from reputable organisations such as EBookers, Argus Car Hire and Car Hire 3000, you can be sure that you will receive a car that meets your needs.
