What Our Customers Say:
The service is good and quick. They had no diesel cars left, but we could choose from several gasoline cars. The only minus - too many scratches on all doors, roof ...2013-11-26Andrey
It was a little unclear at first after coming through passport control in the arrival hall, but found the rental place very quickly, bus service ok. Service was excellent, very friendly person, taking the time to explain the contract. I knew about the full tank of petrol, which I don't like, but have to accept. Also the insurance was explained. The car hire was very cheap so I wasn't expecting too much, the car had a few marks on it, but was in perfect working order. Tires could do with a renewal soon. The car was clean, radio working,so all in all I was happy.2013-11-26Marijke Phillips

A Quick Guide to... Russia
The country of Russia is the largest in the world. It spans about one eighth of the Earths habitable land mass. Its territory stretches from Europe to the Pacific Ocean covering all of northern Asia. It has a long history dating back to the 12th century. Yet it is also a country of great mystery to the Western world. In part because of its closed society under the Communist rule which gained power in 1917. Russia is one of the world's superpowers and is a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council.
The Russian economy is bolstered mainly by its vast natural resources especially oil and natural gas. It also has extensive mining and timber industries which provide exports as well as taking care of its domestic needs. Russia further has a very healthy agricultural segment which provides much of the domestic food market. Russia's manufacturing and related industries have also contributed to much of Russia's growth. Most notable are Russia's military and space programs. Russia was the first country to put a man in outer space. It also constructed the Mir space station and is a major contributor, along with the United States, to the International Space Station.
Russia has a varied cultural background stemming from the 160 indigenous ethnic groups comprising the Russian population. The two most notable cities are St. Petersburg (the former Russian capital) and Moscow (the current capital). St. Petersburg was home for the Tsars and imperial households. There you will find museums, such as the Hermitage, churches, and other historical sites. Moscow has many museums and churches as well. In Moscow you can visit Red Square which has Lenin's Tomb. Moscow is also home to the world renowned Bolshoi Ballet.
Being a major country, there are many ways to travel. Both St. Petersburg and Moscow are primary centers for air travel, servicing all major airlines from around the world. Russia also has an extensive rail system. Car hire in Russia is excellent with numerous car hire companies at all major cities. These include Hertz, Avis, Sixt, and Argus Carhire.
