Traveling to & from the Washington Dulles Airport:
By Bus: Bus station at the airport serves flyer bus to the west falls church metro station. Along the Dulles Corridor and between the downtown Washington DC metro bus service is provided for the convienient of the passengers, there is also a supershuttle bus providing door-to door service and stopping at the Union station which is available on demand outside the terminal building.
By Taxi: Taxi service at the taxi rank outside the airport terminal building serves 24 hours to the city central and beyond. There is also Limousines available and it should be booked in advance.
Information desk: The information desk in located centrally in the terminal building. The international visitors information service, (tel: 703 572 2536 or 572 2537) and the Travelers Aid Service, ( tel: 703 572 8296) are available on the baggage reclaim level.
Washington Dulles Airport Facilities:
Currency: A bank, bureau de change and ATM is available all throughout the terminal building.
Food and Drinks: Refreshments at the airport terminal is fabulous ranging from fast food outlets, cafes, restaurants, ice cream parlour and bar making you feel fresh at the terminal.
Shopping: 24 hoursduty free shop is available on the consourses B, C and D and in the main termianl. A wide variety of very good retail outlets like gifts, fashion and cosmetics are available at the terminal building.
Left and Lost luggage: Left luggage facility is not available at the terminal but lost luggage facility is handled by the Washington Dulles International Airport Police, (Tel: 703 572 5954). Porter service and luggage trolleys are available throughout the airport free of charge.
Other Facility: Other facility includes 24 hours first aid service, Internet kisoks and mobile phones.
Car park: Car parking is available within walking distance of the terminal, long term and short term parking facility is also available. Hourly and daily parking facility is available in front of the termianl and there are two daily car parks garage 1 and garage 2. Washington Dulles Airport Facility for the disabled: Wheel chair accessibility, disabled toilets, visual paging and TDDs are available for the disabled passengers at the terminal. Designated car park is also available for the disabled at the terminal located close to the terminal. Any further assistanc required by the disabled passengers prior notice should be given to their respective airlines while booking their flight. Airport shuttle bus with wheel chair lifts are also availabel for the disabled passengers to transport on request to and from the terminal building, for further information on shuttle bus contact, (Tel: 703 572 4558).
