Location
The airport is located 17 miles northwest of Toronto. From the city take highway 409 and then 427 that provides as direct access route to the airport. The roads are well signposted towards the airport
Toronto Pearson Airport Terminal Information
The airport has three terminals and terminal 1 and 2 are under construction. At present new terminal has replaced terminal 1, which handles domestic and international flights. Inter-terminal transit is provided by shuttle service available on departure level of the terminals. Terminal 3 is operational and mainly serves long haul destinations.

The airport information desk and Information kiosks are located in all the three terminals or call speech activated system (Ph: 416 247 7678) for terminal 1, 2 and for terminal 3 (Ph: 416 776 5100). Traveling to and from Toronto Airport
By Bus : the ground transportation desk is located in the arrivals hall of 3 terminals.

Toronto Pearson Airport Facilities
Currency Exchanger & ATMs : the bureau de change is located in terminal 1, 2 and ATMs are available throughout the terminals. A bank is also available on the arrivals level of terminal 2.
Food & Drinks : apart from cafes, bars and restaurants a wide variety of food and beverage outlets are located in both the terminals.
Shopping : there are number of duty free shops located in terminal 2 and many more branded shops are located throughout the terminals.
Left / Lost Luggage : the left luggage facility is available the three terminals.
Other Facilities : emergency medical center is available in the terminals.
Baby change rooms and a nursery are located in the basement of terminal 1.
Counseling service is also available.
Porter service is provided by International Skycap Service (Ph: 905 677 0909).
Toronto Airport Facilities for Disabled
The airport houses excellent facilities for disabled passengers specially designed toilets, TTY telephones and lifts, ramps provide access to different levels in the terminal. For any special assistance at the airport the airlines should be informed before traveling to the airport.
