Location of the Airport: The airport is located 11 miles northwest of Santiago. Plenty of signs signaling the entrance to the airport and the best route to the airport are Circunvalacion Americo Vespucio North.

Terminal Information: There are two terminals in the airport, the national and the international terminals connected by a passageway and a lift.

Traveling to & from the Santiago Airport:

• By Bus: Bus serves to the city center running from both the terminals. Mini buses offers door-to-door service throughout Santiago and are operated by TransVip and Transcity.

• By Taxi: Taxis are available from outside the airport’s ground floor at both the terminals running to all destinations. Limousines are also available provided by Lujoleasing, tel: 231 2495; Website: www.lujoleasing.cl.

Information Desk: Information desk is available one at the arrivals of the first floor and another at the departures on the third floor of the terminal. Airport ambassadors dressed in corporate colours are available to assist passengers with flight schedules.

• Currency: Bureau de change, ATMs and three full service banks are available throughout the terminal building. A post office is also located on the first floor of the terminal building.

• Refreshments: Coffee shops, Fast food outlets, restaurant/s and licensed bars are available all throughout the terminal building.

• Shopping: Duty paid shopping at the national terminal and a duty free shop at the international terminal including newsagents, wine shops, jewellery and handicrafts are available at the terminal building.

• Left and Lost Luggage: Left luggage facility is available at the national terminal, tel: (0) 2 690 1319, 24 hours, Trolleys are available free of charge and no lost luggage facility is available at the terminal building.

• Other facility: Other facility includes a Medical service on the first floor of the international terminal and a pharmacy opened 24 hours on the third floor of the national terminal.

Santiago De Compostela Airport Facility for the disabled: Adapted bathroom facility and elevators with speakers and emergency lights are available for the disabled passengers including wheel chair, Braille lifts and telephones. The airport is also designed with visual hearing.
