Rimini
Rimini is located in the Emilia-Romagna region of italy on the Adriatic sea. It is one of Europes most popular tourist spots. Rimini became a strategic Roman military base after the third century BC and was ruled as part of the Papal States from 1509 to 1860. It is one of the least pretentious towns in italy.
Among the attractions are the Arco d Aufusto erected in 27 BC entirely made of Istrian limestone, Tempio Malatestiano is one of the finest and most facinating structures in Rimini which is worth visiting. One of the most famous heritage attraction is the Castel Sismondo, other attractions are the Riminis meusums and galleries. There are many other attractions cultural, culinary and nightlife which makes it an ideal spot for a family holiday.
Rimini is a pleasant town with many hotels, restaurants and shops and it is the country’s best place to party. The belt of land east is taken up mostly by holiday accommodation.
