EU citizens do not even need a passport, as an ID card will suffice. Norwegian and Swiss citizens are similarly exempt from visa requirements, and may also stay 90 days.People who has a passport must procure a visa before going anywhere. Exceptions are not made. If you arrive without your paperwork in order, you will not be allowed inside the country and will be deported at your own expense.
