Prague Airport

Location

The airport is located 12 miles northwest of Prague and the Kladno or Slan road connect the airport to the city centre.

Ruzyne Airport Terminal Information Desk

The airport has three terminals and the second terminal is under renovation which is expected to be completed by the end of 2005. Inter terminal transfer is provided by bus, minibus or taxis.

Prague Airport Information Desk

The airport information desk is located at the departure and arrivals hall of the north terminal, Ph : (0)2 2011 3314 or 2011 3321.

Travelling to and from Airport

By Bus : for information on buses the DP Praha has desk located in the arrivals hall of the terminal. Bus no.119 and 254 operate from airport to Dejvicka underground metro station. DP Praha operates buses in the night, Ph : (0)2 2011 5404 or visit : www.dp-praha.cz.

By Minibus : the minibus stand is located right in front of the arrivals and has inforamtion desk in the arrivals hall. Cedaz operates buses from the airport to city and other destinations, for information call : (0)2 2491 9240.

Prague Ruzyne Airport Facilities

Currency Exchanger & ATMs : 24hour exchanger is located in the transit area and another currency Exchanger with ATMs are located in the north terminal. A bank is also located in the administration building opposite the arrivals hall.

Food & Drinks : on the first floor of the north terminal and in the south terminal 2 there are cafes and resturants complex serving variety of food.

Shopping : duty free shops are available in the transit area of north terminal and south terminal 2.

Left / Lost Luggage : the left luggage office is available in the arrivals area of north terminal. Lost luggage office is located in the customs arrival hall and another desk with the left luggage office in the arrivals area of north terminal.

Other Facilities : post office is located in the administration building opposite the arrivals area from post 68. 24hour health and sanitary is available.

Prague Airport Facilities for Disabled Passengers

The airport terminals have easy access for disabled passengers and for special requirments the airlines must be informed while booking the tickets. For assistance in the airport the authorities must be informed in advance, Ph : (0)2 2011 6076/7. Reserved car parking is provided in the multi-story car parks and discount is allowed on presentation of valid disabled badge at the airport.
