The airport building has three terminals 2, 3 and 4. The terminal 3 specifically handles domestic flights and terminal 2 and 4 handles international flights. The terminals are linked by complimentary shuttle bus service.

By Shuttle : the airport shuttle buses transports passengers from the airport to destinations in all over Phoenix with door to door service. The shuttle buses also operates to other destinations in Arizona with prior booking. The shuttle bus services are available throughout the year.

Food & Drinks : cafes, bars, restaurants and fast food outlets are available in all the terminals before and after security control.

Shopping : duty free shop is located in terminal 4 and many shopping outlets selling all American or international goods. Newsagent, bookshop is also available.

Left / Lost Luggage : the lost luggage office is located between terminal 2 and 3 (Ph: 602 273 3307).

Other Facilities : photocopier and internet points and cafes are located in terminal 2 & 3.

Public telephones are located throughout the terminals.

Children play area and baby change rooms are available in the terminals.

Phoenix Airport Facilities for Disabled

The airport has lifts, ramps for wheelchair access to all levels in the three terminals and specially designed toilets, telephones and ATMs are located in the terminals. Wheelchair and wheelchair push to transport passengers between terminals are provided on request. For any special assistance the airlines should be informed in advance. Car parks are available at designated car parking at the airport.
