Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport

The airport is located 14 miles northeast of Paris city travelling from the A1 route via the Porte de la Chapelle. The alternative route to airport is from the A3 via Porte de Bagnolet, then take the A1 route and follow the signpost towards the airport.

Travelling to and from Airport

Rail : SNCF desk is located on the fourth floor of terminal 2 for information on public transportation. TGV and Thayls trains serve various destinations in Paris city and beyond.

The line B runs from the TGV railway station at terminal 2 to Chatelet-les-Halles, St.Michel, Gare du Nord and Denfert- Rochereau. The RER provides service from airport.

Bus : Air France coaches operate from terminal 1 and 2 to Charles de Gaulle, Porte Maillot, Montparnasse and Gare de Lyon with other links to Paris Orly airport. Bus provide service from the 3 terminals operated by Roissybus to Paris metro rail or Place de l’Opera. The airport connection shuttle provides service to the city centre and advance booking should be made at (0)1 4418 3602. From terminal 1 and 2 RATP bus No. 350 operate to Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est and bus No. 351 to Porte de Bagnolet and Nation.

Airport Terminal Information

The airport has three terminals namly 1, 2 and 3 which are connected by free airport shuttle bus. The terminal 2 was closed in 2004 after collapse of a section of the roof and it has been reopened with limited operations, Northwest operate from outside the terminal.

Currency Exchanger & ATMs : bureaux de change and ATMs are located in the terminals.

Food & Drink : resturants, cafes and bars are available throughout the terminal before and after security controls.

Shopping : for airport shopping wide variety of shops are located in all the terminals.

Left / Lost Luggage : left luggage facility is not available but lost property office is located in terminal 1, call (0)1 4862 1334 and in terminal 2 call (0)1 4816 6383.

Other Facilities : post office is located in terminal 1 and 2.

Medical centre and vaccinations are available in terminal 1 and 2.

Business & Conference Facilities

In terminal 1 the Roissy Charles de Gaulle 1 Business Centre is located which has eight meeting room, one VIP Lounge and three offices, maximum capacity of 15 memebers. In terminal 2 there are two lounges and all the spaces in both the terminals are well equiped with phone, fax, internet and other equipments for presentation.

Facilities for Disabled Passengers

The airport has complete provisions for passengers with special needs and are requested to inform the airlines with other requirments. Reserved parking is available in designated places and also discount for passengers with valid disability badge.
