Travelling to and from Airport
The airport is accessable from city via the A3 Frankfurt-Nuremberg autobahn.
By Rail : the U2 subway line which connects the airport directly to the main railway station and further access to city centre and Nuremberg. For going to Langwasser take U1 line from the main station and the exhibition centre is less than half an hours distance.
By Bus : the bus stop is located at the front of departure terminal 1 at the departure level.
The Nuremberg bus No.32 operates from Thon terminal and bus No.33 from Nuremberg-Buch to airport.
Shuttle : the shuttle service operate pick up and drop off service to and from the airport.

Nuremberg Airport Facilities
Currency Exchanger & ATMs : the exchanger office is located in the arrivals hall.
Food & Drinks : the airport has number of food outlets, bars and cafes before and after security control Movenpick resturant, movenpick marche, cliccadou, welcome bar, flighline bar and cockpit bar.
Shopping : shops are located between departure terminal 1 and 2 also tax and duty free shops are in the departure lounge.

Lounges : exclusive lounges are available provided by the airlines, Lufthansa offers lounges to passengers with first class ticket or gold club members and Air France, KLM, European Air Express and Turkish Airlines offers the Noris Sky Lounge which is located near the departure gate in the ground floor.
Other Facilities : airlines offer special service for childrens by providing carry coats or seat resrvations. Two play areas are located in the departure lounge.
Facilities for Disabled
The airport is completely accessable by wheelchair and for special assistance the airlines should be contacted. Car parking is provided at car parks P1 and P2 with discount for valid disabled pass.
