Driving Directions : the airport is about 5 miles north west of the Newcastle
city center. The A1 route connects with the A696 directly to the Newcastle
airport.
Trains : the public transportation trains Tyne and Wear metro operates
directly from the Newcastle airport terminal, which takes about 20 minutes
to the centre of Newcastle. Trains operate every 10 minutes from the terminal.

Food and Drinks : it has number of resturants before and after the security control the Food Village is located in the departure lounge, the Coasta Coffee on the ground floor near the international arrivals and also on the first floor, the Burger King and the Mihoko.
Currency Exchanger and ATMs : bureaux de change and ATMs are available.
