New-york Nightlife
When visiting New York City, one should act as the New Yorkers and keep it doing all through the day. It's true about the New York City that, the city never sleeps. When the sun sets the magical dusk initiates as numerous workers come out of offices to assemble in pubs for drinks.
As the stars start shining, city lights come out from restaurants, clubs, theaters and lounges. And at 12 am, while many people start sleeping, others start picking up. Some bars close at 2 am while the others close at 4 am.
Nightlife can be found ridiculously energetic everywhere New York, but some neighborhoods offer much more than the rest. Most of the big city's lounges, hippest bars and restaurants, music clubs and dance clubs are at the centre of the city. For new-music and small rock venues, one can visit the Lower East Side and East Village. And, for jazz clubs one can get to Greenwich Village.
For the modern restaurants, bars and clubs, one can go to the Gansevoort Meat Packing District. Midtown has many classic bars and hot spots, and Harlem and the Upper West Side are famous for some outstanding jazz spots.
