The airport has single terminal with four concourses A, B, C and D.

Traveling to and from New Orleans Airport
By Bus : from the airport terminal the buses departure point is on the upper level outside entrance 7. Jefferson Transit operates public buses to locations in the local district and Greyhound buses also serves passengers to different destinations in the local area.
By Shuttle : the airport shuttle buses (Ph: +1 504 465 9780) operate between airport and hotels in New Orleans.
New Orleans Airport Facilities
Currency Exchanger & ATMs : the bureau de change and ATMs are located near concourse B, in the ticket lobby next to the bank, in the west terminal on the lower level near the southwest baggage claim area and on the lower level near the charter baggage claim. Bank is located in the main ticket hall.
Food & Drinks : a wide variety of cafes, bars and restaurants are available throughout the terminals.
Shopping : duty free shop is available and many shops are located in the main terminals with few in the second terminal.
Left / Lost Luggage : the lost luggage office is located on the upper levels of the west lobby near concourse C
Other Facilities : post office is located in the main ticket hall.
Internet facility is available in the business lounges and other places throughout the terminals.

The airport is accessable to all levels by lifts and ramps located in the terminals. There are also specially designed telephones, toilets, ATMs and wheelchair available on request at the airport. For any special requirement the airport should be informed in advance.
