Naples has the reputation of less visiting city for tourist. It has a number of attractive things to visit. The city’s small western end stretches of the refurbished La Villa Comunale (Formaly a Royal park); the Basilica di Santa Chiara is a spectacular monument to the ability of Italy's restoration experts; the Museo Archeologico Nazionale Napoli contains a large collection of Roman artifacts from Pompeii and Herculaneum; Piazza San Domenico Maggiore 8a , the gothic church completed by the dominion order in 1324 and favored by the Aragónese nobility. Duomo, the religious, spiritual and the architectural highlight is a grand cathedral which is built on the site of earlier churches and these were preceded by a temple to the pre-Christian god Neptune.
The Museo Nazionale contains the all art collection of the Raphel, Michelangelo, Caravaggio and Botticelli. Piazza Trento e Trieste 80132 was built around the 1600 and this magnificent building was completely renovated in 1841 and suffered damage during WWII. Biblioteca Nazionale includes the vast Farnese collection brought to Naples by the Charles of Bourbon, with at least 2000 papyruses discovered at Herculaneum and fragments of a 5th-century Coptic Bible.
