Morocco is a latin name being originated from a medieval Latin word “Morroch”. The word referred to Marrakech which was former capital of Almoravid. However, the historians think it is also derived from the Berber word Mur-Akush which means “ Land of God ”.
The easiest way to get to Morocco from anywhere in the world is via the airlines. Tourists from countries that need a visa to enter Morocco ; the Moroccan Embassy has to be their authority. The embassy has declared a charge that is equivalent of £17 for each single entry in the country and £26 for multiple entries. However, extent of multiple entries is issued by the embassy itself. A visa issued to each passenger is normally valid till 3 months. The process might take a couple of days to be accomplished.
Through the open borders of Spanish enclave Ceuta and Melila one can enter Morocco via road. Yet one has to apply for the Visa unless s/he resides the countries from which Morocco allows visitors to travel the land without Visa. A visit to Morocco is sure to be a pleasure for everyone.
