Driving Directions : the London city airport is easily accessable from all four directions.
From East London, the A13, M11 via A406 north circular. West end of London, from Limehouse link Tunnel. North London, from the north circular road of A406 and from south London via the blackwall tunnel.

London City Airport Information Desk : the information desk is at the entrance of the terminal. The contact no 020 7646 0088.
Check-in : the desk is situated on the ground floor and on the right side of the terminal entrance.

London City Airport Departure Lounge : is situated on the first floor with seating arrangements. A resturant and bar is also available at the lounge.

Currency Exchanger : there are three outlets at the terminal. One on the ground floor in the terminal concourse, the second on first floor of the departure lounge and finally the third in the international arrivals hall.
The cash dispencers are located on the ground floor in the concourse and the other within the international baggage reclaim area.

Lost or Left Baggage : is situated in security zone A which is at the main concourse beyond the check-in area. For information contact 020 7646 0088.

London City Airport Disabled Passengers : the area of the terminal are easily accessible and assistance is provided by the airport staff.

Conference and Business Facilities : the conference and business meeting rooms are available with all the require equipment facilities at the Meridian Business Centre. The LCY Jet centre provides lounges, aircraft stand and private dining facilities for VIP’s. Contact immigration and customs at (0) 20 7646 0400.
