Location of the Airport: Located 12 Kms outside the city center, it’s the brand new city in the first century BCE and is provided with an arena meant to outshine those at Arles and Nimes. It is the prefecture of the Haute-Vienne department, and the administrative capital of the Limousin region.
The city of Limoges was famous in the Middle Ages for its enamels on copper, which were exported throughout Christendom.
Traveling to & from the Limoges Airport: The airport has no bus facility but taxis are easily available from outside the terminal building. The train station can be reached by taxi and number of trains run from Limoges to Perigurux.
