About Gatwick

Gatwick serves London’s other airport, the Heathrow, Luton, Stansted and other small airports. Passangers must be sure to check in from which one of the airports. Terminal 1,2,3 and 4 at Heathrow and North, South at Gatwick airport. All flights numbers and destination are displayed on monitors at the entrance of the terminal also indicating which zone to check-in (zones A, B, C, etc). Please note that no flight call are made at Gatwick so it is important to watch television monitors.

The north and south terminals are interconnected by free transit and it takes about five minutes to cross over. Both the terminals have shops and resturants at all levels.

North Terminal : arrivals is located on the ground floor, the Avenue shopping area is located on the first floor and the check-in desk can be found in the second floor. This terminal is mainly used by British airways.

South Terminal : this is used by many international airliners. It has a satellite building but as it is beyond the security control where only passengers have access. On the first floor shops and resturants are located at the Gatwick Village and the prices are quite expensive.
