When to go France
The best weather in France is spring, with beach tourism packing in May. Autumn’s temperature is not too bad, although days mean the limited sunlight and the cold starts to make itself felt towards the end of the season, even along the Cote d’Azur. The winter have the good mood with playing in snow in France’s Alps and Pyrenees, though the Christmas school holidays send hordes of tadpoles in uniform scarring for the slopes. The cities dwellers take their annual five week’s vacation to the coasts and mountains, and half-desolate cities tend to shut down a bit accordingly. The same things happen in February and March.
