There are scores of airlines which link the City of Paris to the rest of the globe. The other French cities having air link are Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Nice, Strasbourg and Toulouse. There are discount buses and train passes which can be combined with discount fares for those, who are doing a lot of travel around the Europe. Buses are slower and less comfortable than trains, but they are cheaper, especially for people under 26, over 60, teacher and students. You can book tickets and get information from Rail Europe (www.raileurope.com) up to two months ahead. Ferries are the other ways which connect the country to the other destination. By the sea, the quickest passenger ferries and hovercrafts to England to England run between Calais and Dover, and Boulogne and Folkstone. Number of routes links Brittany and Normandy with England. Inside the country, the Paris is the central of the train, which provides services to/from every part of Europe.
