Driving Directions to Faro Airport
From Portimao or Albufeira in the western parts of the Algarve, you should drive inland from the coast to the A22/IP1 motorway and head east. When you get to Loule, the airport is signposted. Turn right onto the IC4 and drive about 5 miles before turning right at the university into the airport. If you are travelling from the Eastern Algarve destinations such as Tavira, you should head inland onto the A22/IP1, and head west to Loule before following the directions along the IC4 above.
