Accomodations in Malaga

The city of Malaga is the largest city of the Spanish province of Andalusia. Malaga being a tourist’s heaven is also a place which offers a variety of accomodation. There are villas, town houses and numerous hotels to choose from. Furthermore, other kinds of accomdations include bed and breakfast lodges, self catering apartments and hostels.

The hotels one chooses may be of various kinds ranging from luxurious hotels with lavish facilities to cheap ones for those not wanting to spend much and yet have a delightful vacation. Luxury hotels offer a wide range of facilities ranging from delicious food to clubs to swimming pools to health and beauty centres. Other relatively lower category hotels are relatively much cheaper. Though they provide comparatively fewer facilities and are less luxurious, but at the same time provide comfort to visitors. Another factor to esure comfort is to hire a car in Malaga.

Hostels are inexpensive and provide the very basic facilities. One alluring feature provided by mosthostels is tasty home cooked food. Family run guest houses also offer accomodation to travellers, but have limited services, and bathrooms in such guest-houses are usually shared. A famous district for budget-conscious travelers is the fishermen’s neighbourhood of El Palo. Moreover, there are many campsites along the coastline that a tourist may opt for to go with his or her adventurous lifestyle.

There are a good number of self-catering residences in Malaga too. These include not only villas and apartments, but complexes and apart-hotels as well. These may turn out to be relatively cheaper than hotels and other forms of accommodation if there is a large group of tourists as these residences have fixed payments compared to the pay-per-person payments in hotels.

The pricing of a hotel depends on a range of factors including its area and location; whether it over looks the beach, or is situated in an area of great historic and cultural significance or in beautiful natural parklands, and also the services it offers, for instance, cleanliness, comfort, private advisory services, and tourist arrangements for museums, golfing and much more.
