The airport is located 15.5 miles east of Cape Town city on the N2 highway.

The airport has five terminals handling international and domestic flights, which are walking distance apart.

The airport information desk is located in the arrivals hall of international and domestic terminals, contact (Ph: +27 21 937 1200).
Traveling to and from Airport
By Taxi : the Touch Down Taxis, official airport taxi co. for transferring passengers downtown Cape Town.
By Bus : shuttle buses are available to transport passengers on demand and can be reserved from the arrivals hall of international and domestic terminals. Return ticket to the airport can also be pre-booked.

Currency Exchanger & ATMs : ATMs are located in the in the arrivals and departure halls of domestic and international terminals. Bureau de change and banks are located throughout the international and domestic terminals.
Food & Drinks : cafes, bars and restaurants are located in the departure hall of international and domestic terminals. Also coffee shop, juice bar, sandwich shop and grill outlets are located in the terminals, before and after security control.
Shopping : duty free shop is located in the departure hall of international terminal. A shop specializing in wine, sweet shop, clothes shop and VAT refund service is provided in the departures of international terminals.
Other Facilities : post office is located at the main landside entrance of the domestic arrivals terminal.
Mobile phone hire is available in the domestic and international arrivals hall.
Airport surgery is available at the northern end of the international arrivals terminal.
Internet kiosks and points are available in the lounges.
Baggage storage facility is located in the domestic arrivals and international departures terminal.
Porter service is available and paying tips are advisable.
Baby changing rooms are located with ladies toilets.
Cape Town Airport Facilities for Disabled
The airport has lifts and ramps for passenger’s access to different levels in the terminals. Specially designed toilets located in all the terminals and wheelchair will be provided on request.
