
Cairns
Cairns is the role capital to far north Queensland backed by beautiful rainforest, it is the scuba diving capital of Australia located at the northeren end of the Bruce Highway. It is not only the sixteenth largest city in the country but one of the most popular Tourist City in all of Australia.
Number of historical buildings, Museum, The Regional Gallery and the Royal Flying Doctor Service are some of the famous tourist places to visit. North of Cairns are the wonderful gardens, beautiful landscapes, Centenary Lakes and Saltwater Creek are famous tourist places. There are no beaches right in the city but to the nothern suburbs plenty of beautiful beaches are there about 30 km from Cairns.
Cosmopolitan local restaurants, cafes and eateries offer an eclectic fare of Australian and international cuisines, mouthwatering are the fresh seafoods and unusual tropical fruits. Accommodation is in plenty ranging from five star hotels, camsites, apartments, hostels and bed and breakfast.
