Check-in From ;
Terminal 1 : the check-in desk is located on the ground floor in the main concourse. The Departure Lounge is on the first floor and Arrival Concourse is located on the ground floor in the Millennium Link Block.
Terminal 2 : the check-in desk is located on the ground floor in the main concourse. The Departure Lounge on the first floor with the Arrival Concourse on the ground floor in the main Concourse.
Birmingham Airport Currency Exchanger and ATMs
The foreign currency exchanger is at the main concourse before check-in. The banking facility is available at both the terminals. If passengers have not ordered in advance for currency exchange with Travelex or Currency Express then just produce the passport plus a method of payment, at the Departure lounge.
Birmingham Airport Business or Conference Facilities
The business facility is available at all the lounges. In Terminal 1, Aviance and Servisair have facilities for their customers. In Terminal 2 the BA Terraces Lounges, 4Deck for Air France, Alitalia and KLM is situated in the Departure Lounge. For more information contact your handling agent.
Facilities for Disabled : for assistance with wheelchair push, luggage and check-in call prior to travel at (0) 870 733 5511. the airport has easily accessable toilets and lifts located in both the terminals. Shopping : Terminal 1, it has wide variety of shops with products ranging from grocery, alcohol, amusements, games, magazines, designer jewellery to food.
Terminal 2, the public access area has range of products with World News. The area restricted for passengers has duty free shops with a range of products from alcoholic drinks, amusements, games, magazines, designer jewellery to resturants.
Resturants & Bar : there are bars and resturants before and after security control in terminal 1 and 2. The food village, gallery bar, millies cookies, burger king, wetherspoon the dragonfly pub and many more.
Left Luggage : the left luggage department is located on the first floor of Terminal 1. The service is provided by OCS or contact them on 0121 767 7987.
Lost Property : the OCS desk is located on the first floor of the terminal 1 or contact on 0121 767 7987.
The airport 24-hour medical centre at both the terminals.
Post-box is available in terminal 1 only.
