Location
The airport is located on the southern part of Bali city and 9 miles of Denpasar the capital of Bali.
Ngurah Rai Airport Terminal Information
The airport has two terminals one for international and another handles domestic flights. Both the terminals are located with in walking distance apart.
Bali Airport Information Desk
The airport information desks are located on the first floor of the international arrivals and another in the domestic terminal (ph: (0)361 751 011 ext: 1313 & 1314). Traveling to and from Airport
By Bus : public buses operate in the city and also transfers passengers to the airport from the Tegal bus station in the town. Chartered minibuses (Bemo) are available in the city for tourist with a maximum capacity of 10 members. The services are available inside the airport by paying a fee or passengers may walk up to the exit gates of the airport and board the buses.
Bali Airport Facilities
Currency Exchanger & ATMs : bureau de change and ATMs are conveniently located in both the terminals and also a bank is available.
Food & Drinks : there are number of cafes, bars and restaurants serving from international to local cuisines are located in both the international and domestic terminals.
Shopping : the main concentration of shops including the duty free shop is located in the Plaza Bali outlet in the international departures. And a small section is dedicated in the domestic terminal.
Left / Lost Luggage : the left luggage office is located next to the international departure terminal entrance.
Other Facilities : post office is situated in the departure area of domestic terminal.
Public telephones are located throughout the terminals.
Internet cafes and access points are available in the terminals.
Pharmacy is available.
Bali Airport Facilities for Disabled
There are lifts, ramps providing easy access for passengers on wheelchair in the two terminals. Some specially designed facilities like toilets and telephones are available in the airport. Wheelchairs and wheelchair push are provided on request at the airport. For any specific assistance at the airport the airlines should be informed in advance.
