The airport is located 20 miles southeast and is accessable from Athens city by the Attiki Odos, the ring road.

Rail : there is Light railway service from the main railway station and Athens metro to the airport.
Bus & Coaches : KTEL express serves passengers from Markopoulo and Rafina to airport. Several other buses serve from the airport to city centre and other destinations in Athens, Piraeus and also the metro. KTEL coaches provide service from the arrivals level of the main terminal to Kalyvia, Lavrio and Keratea.
