A budget alternative to flying to Amsterdam Schipol Airport is to use the nearby airport's Eindhoven Airport (EIN), which is 107 kilometres from Amsterdam, and Rotterdam Airport (RTM), which is 57 kilometres away. Both airports are no longer an hour long train ride or so and are serviced by many low-cost airlines. Another option is to rent a car.
