The information desk is located in Schiphol Plaza halls 2 & 3 in arrivals, before and behind the passport control in lounges 2 & 3.
Information on transfers and connecting flights is situated on the piers with eight transfer desks and information about the airport can be known with the touch screen system available all over the terminal.
The tourist information cell is in Arrivals 2 for accomodation and reservation service.

Airport provides facilities like automatic doors, lifts, ramps, toilets and wheelchairs available with prior information to the airlines.
